E-SHOP PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT

1. General Provisions

1.1. Skin Solution online store rules (hereinafter – the Rules) are a legally binding document for both the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter – the Seller), which establishes the rights and obligations of the Parties.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, correct, or supplement these Rules at any time. The Buyer will be informed of any changes to the Rules on the online store’s website.

2. Conclusion of the Purchase-Sale Agreement

2.1. A purchase-sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer forms and submits an order for goods on the online store, having previously familiarized themselves with these Rules.

3. Seller’s Rights

3.1. In case of significant circumstances, the Seller has the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store, without prior notice to the Buyer.
3.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the operation, stability, or security of the online store or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to restrict or suspend the Buyer’s ability to use the online store without prior warning.

4. Seller’s Obligations

4.1. The Seller undertakes to make the services of the online store available, the operating conditions of which are defined by these Rules.
4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the Buyer via the delivery method chosen by the Buyer, according to the terms established by these purchase-sale Rules.
4.3. If the Seller is unable to deliver the goods ordered in the online store due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller has the right to terminate the purchase-sale agreement, informing the Buyer in advance. The Seller may offer an alternative product. If the Buyer refuses, the Seller undertakes to refund the payment within 3 working days.
4.4. If the Buyer exercises the right under point 5.2 of these Rules, the Seller undertakes to refund the amount paid by the Buyer within 5 (five) working days from the receipt of the returned product.
4.5. The Seller may withhold the Buyer’s refund until the goods are returned to the Seller or until the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

5. Buyer’s Rights

5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store following these Rules.
5.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement concluded in the online store by notifying the Seller in writing no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.
5.3. The Buyer may exercise the right referred to in point 5.2 only if the product has not been damaged or substantially altered in appearance, and if it has not been used. For detailed return conditions, see the Delivery and Return Policy.

6. Buyer’s Obligations

6.1. The Buyer is obliged to pay for the purchased goods and accept them in the manner specified in these Rules.
6.2. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods at the time of delivery without valid reasons, the Buyer is obliged to cover the cost of returning the goods at the Seller’s request.
6.3. At the time of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, the Buyer must check the condition of the package and goods together with the Seller or the person who delivered the parcel.
6.4. By using the online store, the Buyer confirms that they agree with these purchase-sale rules and undertakes to comply with them.

7. Prices of Goods

7.1. The prices of goods in the online store are listed in euros. Once the order is confirmed, the total amount for the goods is increased by the delivery fee, if applicable.

8. Ordering and Payment for Goods

8.1. The Buyer selects the goods they want to purchase on the online store, adding them to the shopping cart. After finalizing the shopping cart, the Buyer enters the personal details necessary for the order to be completed: their name, surname, the delivery address, phone number, and additional information important for delivering the order. The Buyer confirms that they have read these Rules and approves the order.
8.3. Payment can be made using the electronic banking services of Swed, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Šiaulių bankas, or Visa/MasterCard payment cards. Payments are made in euros. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

9. Delivery of Goods

9.1. When ordering goods, the Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address.
9.2. The Buyer is required to accept the goods personally. If the Buyer cannot accept the goods themselves, but the goods are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to raise claims regarding goods delivered to the wrong person.
9.3. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer according to the timelines indicated in the product descriptions.
9.4. All characteristics of the goods sold are described in the product description of each item. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape, or other parameters of the goods displayed in the online store may not match the actual size, shape, and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the Buyer’s monitor.
9.5. If the Buyer cancels the purchase-sale agreement, the Buyer will be refunded the full amount they paid, including the delivery charges.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. These Rules are made in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. These Rules and the relationships between the Parties in relation to these Rules are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.3. Any disputes arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the disputes shall be resolved according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.4. The Parties are exempt from fulfilling their obligations under these Rules if it is impossible due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control (Force Majeure).
