SHIPPING POLICY
Your order will be delivered as quickly as possible, i.e., within 3-5 business days to a pickup point in Lithuania for €3.00 (+ €0.70 packing fee) or to your specified address in Lithuania for €5.00 (+ €0.70 packing fee) by courier. However, due to a large volume of shipments, couriers may be delayed by up to a week or longer.
Your order can be picked up at our studio with no delivery fee - A.Juozapavičiaus pr. 112, Kaunas.
We carry out express delivery via DPD Lithuania, LP Express, Omniva. We reserve the right to change the courier company without prior notice.
RETURNS POLICY
The buyer does not have the right to return the following products:

Quality products that the buyer has used, damaged, violated their packaging, or otherwise lost their commercial appearance due to the buyer's actions, as well as products that are not complete.

Other products that the seller has the right to refuse to accept based on applicable legal regulations.
Products are considered quality if:

The expiration date of the products has not passed.

The products do not contain ingredients prohibited by law.

The consistency or other essential characteristics of the products have not changed due to improper storage conditions before the products are handed over to the buyer.

The products are not mechanically damaged, their packaging is not damaged, and there are no other quality defects.
To exercise the right to return products, the buyer must:

Notify the seller of the cancellation of the purchase and sale agreement no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date the products are handed over to the buyer, by informing the seller at the email address info@skinsolution.lt, submitting a cancellation request in free form.

Return the products to the seller's specified address along with the VAT invoice for the purchase no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the seller's notification of the cancellation of the agreement.
Returned or exchanged quality products must be undamaged, retain their commercial appearance (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn, etc.), and cannot be used. The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same complete condition as received by the buyer, including the proof of purchase document – the VAT invoice. If the item is incomplete, damaged, disorganized, or improperly packaged, the seller has the right to refuse to accept the item, not exchange it, and not refund the money paid by the buyer for the item.

How will the refunded money be returned?
The amount paid for the products will be refunded within 14 days from the date of return of the products to the payer's bank account.
